Cross-heir placement and aim are two very different things, it's like accuracy vs. precision when doing science experiments.
Cross-heir placement is where you put your cross-heir on the enemy
Ex. Head, Body and Legs
Aim is when you can hit the enemy or at least put your cross-heir on the enemy
Examples:
People that can hit the enemy well but doesn't know what part of the enemy's body he/she is hitting has good aim but bad cross-heir placement.
People that can hit the enemy well and knows where he/she is hitting has good aim and good cross-heir placement.
